Where do I find my Call Courier tracking number?
It is printed on the receipt from the courier counter. Online shops also send it in the shipping SMS or email.
What does a Call Courier tracking number look like?
Call Courier tracking numbers are usually 11 to 14 digits, with no letters or symbols.
What does “Out for Delivery” mean?
Your parcel is with a rider at your local branch, who plans to deliver it to your address today.

How long parcels take between cities and to smaller towns.
How many days does Call Courier take to deliver?
Call Courier has not published delivery times that we could check, so we do not give a number of days. Parcels between big cities usually arrive sooner than parcels to small towns. Deliveries run Monday to Saturday, with no doorstep delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
Why has my tracking not updated while the parcel is on its way?
When a parcel travels a long way between provinces, it goes in a sealed truck. It is scanned again only when the truck reaches the next sorting hub.

Am I allowed to open a Call Courier COD parcel before paying?
Usually not. You normally pay the exact amount and sign before you open the parcel. The rider only delivers the parcel and cannot deal with what is inside.
What if the parcel looks damaged when it arrives?
If the flyer or box is torn or looks opened, take clear photos before you accept it. You can also refuse it and ask the rider to write “Outer packaging damaged” on the delivery sheet. Tell the seller straight away.
Is my parcel with Call Courier or PostEx?
Call Courier now works as part of PostEx, so your label, SMS or receipt may show either name. Whichever name you see, you can enter your Call Courier tracking number (CN) on this site to check it.
Is Call Courier now PostEx?
