Call Courier works as part of the PostEx network, which covers more than 650 destinations. We could not confirm details such as the equipment used at each center.
Smaller Towns and Faraway Areas
Big cities have main centers, but parcels to smaller towns may need extra steps to reach them. We could not confirm how often deliveries run in smaller places, so check with the helpline if timing matters.
Long Trips Between Cities
When a parcel travels between provinces, for example Karachi to Islamabad, there can be a long gap between scans while it is on the road. A new scan appears when it reaches the next hub.
How Parcels Move Between Cities
Parcels travel between hubs by road. Hubs and trucks keep working over the weekend to get parcels ready for Monday deliveries. Deliveries to the door run Monday to Saturday, not on Sundays.
We could not confirm set delivery times between cities. Delays can happen because of weather, road works or holidays. If a parcel seems stuck, call the helpline with your tracking number.
How to Track Your Parcel Anywhere in Pakistan
Your Call Courier tracking number is usually 11 to 14 digits long. You can find it on your booking receipt or in the dispatch SMS. Type it without spaces into the tracking box on our homepage to see the latest update.
Call Courier is now PostEx, so the old Call Courier website sends you to postex.pk. The tracking number stays the same, and the same helpline handles questions for both names.
