What Does a Call Courier Tracking Number Look Like?
Call Courier tracking numbers are made of digits only. Some couriers add letters at the start or a country code at the end (such as PK or US), but Call Courier numbers are usually just 11 to 14 numeric digits.
Where to Find Your Tracking Number
1. Physical Booking Slip
If you handed in a parcel at a Call Courier booking centre, look at your receipt. The number is printed under the barcode.
2. Merchant SMS Confirmation
Most online shops send an SMS when your order is sent out. Look for a message from the shop, “CallCourier” or “PostEx” that includes a long number made only of digits.
3. Merchant Portal
Sellers who send many parcels can usually find the tracking number in their own order records. If it is not easy to see, ask Call Courier.
Order Number or Tracking Number?
A common reason tracking fails is typing the shop’s order number instead of the courier’s tracking number. Online shops make their own order numbers (for example #ORD-99823 or DARAZ-8812), which the courier cannot look up.

Lost Your Tracking Number?
If you lost the receipt or never got an SMS:
- Contact the Merchant: If you bought something online, contact the shop. They can find the tracking number in their shipping records.
- Check Carrier SMS Archive: Search your SMS messages for “CallCourier”, “PostEx” or the shop’s name.
The Barcode and Your Privacy
The tracking number matches the barcode printed on the parcel label. Staff scan this barcode at sorting hubs to send the parcel on to the right delivery van.
Privacy Protection Tip: Do not post clear photos of your parcel label or barcode on social media. Tracking only shows cities, but the label itself often shows the receiver’s phone number and address.
