Do You Need a Login to Track a Parcel?
No Account Needed to Track a Parcel
If you are waiting for a parcel or online order, you do NOT need an account or a login. Anyone can track a parcel. Just enter your 11 to 14-digit tracking number in our free tracker at /track or the home page.
Logins are only for shops and businesses that book parcels.
Typical Merchant Portal Features
Call Courier sellers now use the PostEx merchant dashboard at merchant.postex.pk. It handles booking, pickup scheduling, invoices and COD payments. Ask PostEx which other features your account has:
Booking Parcels
Book parcels and get tracking numbers. Ask PostEx whether you can upload many orders at once or connect your online store.
Barcode Labels
Print labels with barcodes, the receiver’s details and any COD amount.
COD Payments
Check COD payments and invoices for your account. Ask PostEx for your payment schedule.
Failed Deliveries and Returns
Ask PostEx how failed deliveries and returns are shown, and how to arrange another try.
Where to Log In
Where to Log In
Call Courier's official website, callcourier.com.pk, now redirects to postex.pk. Only log in on these websites, never on a copy.
How to Open a Seller Account
New online shops and businesses can ask about an account by contacting support at support@postex.pk. We could not confirm the documents needed, such as a CNIC, tax number or bank details, so ask PostEx directly.
Keeping Your Account Safe
Seller dashboards hold COD payments and buyers’ details, so keep your account safe:
- Check the web address: Never type your login details on any website other than postex.pk or callcourier.com.pk.
- Protect secret keys: Never put secret keys in website code that runs in the browser or in public code.
- Staff access: If possible, give packing staff their own logins that cannot see your bank details or payments.
- Strong passwords: Use strong passwords and change them from time to time.
- Remove old access: Remove access for staff who leave or no longer need it.
