Why Tracking Updates in Steps, Not Live
Call Courier records a new status each time your parcel changes hands, for example when it is collected, reaches a hub or is given to a rider. It is not live GPS, so the status can stay the same for a while as the parcel travels between these points. See our step-by-step tracking tutorial if you are not sure where to enter your tracking number.

The 5 Call Courier Statuses You Will See
The sender (usually an online shop) has booked your parcel. It may still be with the shop, waiting to be collected. This step means the booking exists, not that a rider has the parcel.
A Call Courier rider has collected the parcel. It is on its way to a hub, to be sent on to your city.
The parcel is moving between hubs. Longer routes, and routes to smaller towns, usually stay on this status for longer.
A rider has your parcel and is delivering today. Keep your phone on, and if it is a cash on delivery order, have the exact amount ready.
The parcel has been handed to you, or to someone at your address, and any COD cash has been paid. If it says Delivered but you did not get the parcel, call the helpline below straight away.
When Should You Call Support?
The first four statuses are normal progress, so you do not need to do anything. Two situations are worth a call: a failed delivery try (often shown as a problem status, usually because of an unclear address or a phone that could not be reached), or a "Return to Shipper" status. Our full status meanings guide covers both in detail, including what happens next.
