Operational Tracking Tutorial

How to Track Call Courier Shipments Online

A simple, step-by-step guide for online shoppers, senders and sellers to track Call Courier parcels, including cash on delivery (COD) orders.

What You Need Before You Start

First, get your tracking number (CN). Call Courier gives every parcel a number, usually 11 to 14 digits, when it is booked. You use it to see each scan.

If you are waiting for a parcel

Shops usually send the tracking number by SMS or email once your parcel leaves their warehouse. Look for messages from the shop, “CallCourier” or “PostEx”.

For Shippers & Senders

The tracking number is printed under the barcode on the counter receipt, or shown in the seller’s dashboard.

Step-by-Step Online Tracking Process

Follow these steps to see where your parcel is and what stage it has reached:

Step 1

Find your 11 to 14-digit tracking number

Look at your receipt, shipping label or the shop’s SMS. Call Courier numbers are digits only (for example 123456789012). Ignore shop order numbers or product codes that have letters or dashes.

Step 2

Type the number into the tracker

Paste or type the number into the box at the top of this site. Make sure there are no spaces or symbols copied by mistake. Our tracker checks the number looks right before it searches.

Step 3

Read the status and progress bar

You will see the main status and a 5-step progress bar. The main steps are:

  • Booked: The parcel has been booked with the courier.
  • Picked Up: The first branch or a pickup rider has the parcel.
  • In Transit: Travelling between cities.
  • Arrived at Facility: Sorted at the hub in your city.
  • Out for Delivery: With a local rider for delivery today.
  • Delivered: Handed over and signed for.
Step 4

Inspect Detailed Facility Scans

Scroll down to see the list of updates. Each one shows the date, time and place, such as a hub in Lahore, Karachi or Islamabad, with a short note.

Tips for Cash on Delivery (COD) Parcels

With cash on delivery, the rider usually will not hand over the parcel or let you open it until you pay in full. Have the exact amount ready, and keep your phone on when the status says “Out for Delivery”.

What to Do If Tracking Shows Nothing

If the tracker says “Consignment Not Found” just after booking, wait a few hours for the booking to reach the system. If there is no new scan for a few working days, contact Call Courier customer support on (042) 111-786-227.
