When Tracking Shows a Delivery Try That Did Not Happen
A common complaint is tracking that suddenly says “Customer Not Available”, “Premises Closed” or “Consignee Unreachable” when no rider called or came.
Call Courier says it handles complaints about disputed rider scans, such as a false “Customer Not Available”. We do not know why a wrong status appears in any one case, so report it quickly and stick to the facts.
We could not confirm how many tries Call Courier makes before a parcel is sent back. If the status is wrong, call the same day. This puts on record that you were available and waiting for the parcel.
How to Report a Delivery Problem, Step by Step
These steps help PostEx understand your complaint quickly:
Have your 11 to 14-digit tracking number ready, with your full address, a landmark and the phone number on the parcel.
Call the helpline. Say the parcel was given a status you dispute and that no rider called you.
Ask the agent to arrange another delivery try and to check your phone number on the booking.
Email support@postex.pk with your tracking number and a short note about the call. This gives you a written record.

Who Claims for a Lost or Damaged Parcel?
When an online order is damaged or lost, buyers often think they must claim from the courier. Call Courier says it works differently:
The Shop Makes the Claim
The shop booked the parcel with Call Courier and PostEx, so it makes the formal claim under its agreement.
What the Buyer Should Do
Contact the shop straight away through its website, WhatsApp or support. Send photos or an unboxing video of the damage, or the tracking link showing the delay. The shop can then arrange a replacement or refund for you and raise the claim with PostEx.
Unboxing Videos Help
Recording a video as you open the parcel, showing the flyer, the tracking label and the item inside, gives the shop clear proof for its claim.
