First: Is This an Old Call Courier Number?
Call Courier now operates on PostEx's infrastructure, and the official Call Courier website redirects entirely to PostEx. If your consignment number is from an older booking, before this transition, try it directly on PostEx's own tracker rather than assuming it's lost. We haven't independently verified that every legacy Call Courier number resolves in PostEx's system, so if it doesn't return a result there either, that's genuinely inconclusive, not a confirmation something went wrong.
What Your Current Status Means for What to Do Next
Still “In Transit” or “Booked”
Nothing to act on yet. Re-check the character sequence above before assuming an issue; one mistyped digit looks identical to a genuinely stalled parcel.
“Out for Delivery” but nobody came
See the Out for Delivery guide for what typically happens next and when a redelivery is expected.
Marked “Delivered” but you never got it
This is the case worth an actual phone call rather than waiting. Check with anyone at your address, building guard, or reception first; a real share of “delivered but missing” cases resolve this way. If not, call the helpline below with your CN and ask who signed for it.
“Returned to Shipper”
See the RTS guide for how to intercept it, or reasons it may have been sent back.
If You Ordered Online, Contact the Seller Too
Call Courier (via PostEx) carried the parcel, but the seller holds the order record and the ability to issue a refund or replacement. contact both at the same time instead of waiting for one to reply before trying the other, especially for the “delivered but missing” case above.
