Background: Call Courier and PostEx
Call Courier was a well-known courier in Pakistan, offering parcel delivery, documents and cash on delivery for online shops. It is now part of PostEx. We could not confirm the exact date of the change.
Call Courier is now built into the PostEx network, and together they deliver to more than 650 destinations in Pakistan.
Why Does callcourier.com.pk Go to PostEx?
If you type callcourier.com.pk or open an old tracking link, you are sent to postex.pk.
Having one website avoids confusion about where to book, track or get help. Tracking, seller accounts and customer support are now on postex.pk.
How to Track an Older Call Courier Parcel
If you have a receipt, invoice or SMS with a Call Courier tracking number, you do not need a new number. It still works.
1. Find Your Tracking Number
Look on your booking receipt or order SMS for the tracking number. It is usually 11 to 14 digits long.
2. Track It Here or on PostEx
Enter the number in our homepage tracker or on postex.pk to see the latest updates.
Tracking shows the main steps: pickup, sorting at the hub, travel between cities and delivery.
What Changes for Consumers
For buyers, delivery works much the same, though some names may look different:
- Delivery Notifications: Delivery messages may now say PostEx instead of Call Courier.
- Rider Packaging and Uniforms: Your rider may arrive with Call Courier or PostEx flyers or uniforms.
- Cash on Delivery Collection: For cash on delivery, have the exact amount ready. We could not confirm the rule on opening a parcel before paying, so ask the shop.
What Changes for Online Sellers
For online shops and businesses that used Call Courier, the main tools have moved to PostEx:
Unified Merchant Portal
Sellers manage bookings, pickup scheduling, invoices and COD payments on the PostEx merchant dashboard at merchant.postex.pk.
Faster COD Remittances
Ask PostEx about the COD payment schedule for your account.
Integrated API Connections
Ask PostEx about connecting your Shopify, WooCommerce or other online store.
